family owned, family run independent restaurant bringing over 25 years of experience
to our new location. We are not restricted by a "cookie cutter" approach
to the way we operate our business. Madison's Bistro is the outgrowth from Truffles
Café & Catering. We opened Truffles in 1984 as a catering business
to serve the greater Dayton area. Truffles, a favorite up-scale deli of South
Dayton, opened in 1988 at Cross Pointe Centre and later expanded to Books and
Co at Town & Country. Truffles Catering is pleased to still serve the
area with our catering business and in January 2006, we opened Madison's Bistro,
a neighborhood restaurant, named after our granddaughter. At
Madison's, we bring our Greek heritage to the kitchen. On our menu you will find
some of our family's favorite dishes, such as Herb Roasted Greek Chicken, or as
our family calls it "Monday Night Chicken," Greek Lasagna or "Pastitsio,"
Eggplant Moussaka, and many more favorites. We pride ourselves in only offering
the finest, freshest ingredients. We invite you to make yourself at home, relax,
