Deposits and
Cancellations Policy: |
| | A
deposit of $250.00 is required at the time you sign your contract. This amount
is applied to your final bill. |
| | In
the event you cancel your private party, cancellations are as follows: |
| | Two
weeks prior to the event you will be billed a room fee of $75.00 |
| | One
week prior to the event you will forfeit your deposit. |

Menus and
Payment Policy: |
| | A
pre-set menu is required for parties exceeding 15 guests. |
| | Menu
must be set one week prior to your event. |
| | For
groups of 20 or more guests, Madison's requires a pre-order from our pre-set menu. |
| | Payment
in full is required upon completion of your event. |
| | It
is not permissible to bring food into Madison's |
| |
|
Service Charges:
|
| | All
food and beverages are subject to a 20% gratuity and required Ohio sales tax. |
| | If
you are a tax-exempt organization, a completed tax-exempt form must be presented
prior to payment. |
| | All
events are based on a four-hour time limit. Events that go beyond this limit will
be charged $20.00 per hour, per employee. |

Loss of Property
and Damages to Madison's: |
| | Any
damages to Madison's will be the responsibility of the customer during the event. |
| | Madison's
does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles
left on the premises. |
